We collect: (a) Contact information you provide — name, phone number, email address, city; (b) Financial information relevant to investment suitability — investment range, current portfolio, investment goals; (c) Usage data — pages visited, time on site, device and browser type (via Google Analytics); (d) Cookie data as described in our Cookie Policy. We do not collect sensitive personal data (Aadhaar, PAN, bank details) through this website.
We use your data to: respond to enquiries and consultation requests; send you relevant investment information and insights (with your consent); comply with SEBI and AMFI regulatory reporting requirements; improve our website and services through analytics. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Under the DPDP Act 2023, we process your data on the basis of: (a) Consent — for marketing communications and non-essential cookies; (b) Contract — to fulfil our investment advisory and distribution obligations; (c) Legal obligation — to comply with SEBI, AMFI, PMLA (Prevention of Money Laundering Act), and other applicable regulations.
We share your data with: (a) SEBI-regulated product manufacturers (PMS providers, AIF managers) only as necessary to process your investment; (b) AMFI and SEBI as required by regulation; (c) Our technology service providers (Supabase for database, Vercel for hosting) under appropriate data processing agreements; (d) No third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
We retain your personal data for the duration of your relationship with us plus 8 years, as required by SEBI record-keeping regulations. If you withdraw consent and do not become an investor, we retain your data for 3 years for regulatory compliance purposes. Analytics data is retained for 26 months.
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to: access your personal data we hold; correct inaccurate data; erase your data (subject to regulatory retention requirements); withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time; nominate a person to exercise data rights on your behalf; file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
